For a believer going to pray, it is crucial to attain a state of mind inclined to spiritual communication. Historical churches have achieved this through art, which captivates the faithful and helps them reach a conducive mood for prayer. In our project, we aim to achieve a similar result using natural light and its modulation. The intensity of light is carefully adjusted in relation to the underlying presence, be it symbols or functions, through the architecture. Our architectural design serves as a filter for light, molded according to the liturgical space. Indeed, there is no architecture without a liturgical space, and conversely, no liturgical space without architecture.
