DESCRIPTION
This 33-story residential skyscraper in Lima, located opposite the golf park, was designed to tackle three main challenges: a “too large program (sqm),” the “views,” and the “spatial limitations” imposed by urban regulations. When designing the facade, we drew inspiration from traditional windows, adapting and reinterpreting them to suit contemporary needs and address present-day issues.
