Energy Refurbishment Project of a Residential Building with its Contextual Expansion and Overall Structural Improvement. The intervention is configured as a reinterpretation of the existing building which, despite not having relevant architectural qualities, can be simplified into an almost pure volume. Through the project, it is freed from incongruities, highlighting it and making the interiors dialogue with the exteriors through the openings onto the landscape. The external stairs are conceived as light and permeable elements to the sight, enhancing the created composition, but also becoming an integral part of the internal spatiality.
