THIS IS AN ARCHITECTURE SET

This concept can be built by different people, resulting in different architectures.

Loggias, through different mentalities, can be designed in different interchangeable and modular versions, allowing a large number of configurations, all with similar performance and construction costs.

The outside is the outcome of the inside or viceversa. No prejudice, no right choice, just your choice. Architecture will be the result of free will, becoming an expression of the people who built it.

DESCRIPTION

This concept can give rise to various typologies: four-family homes, townhouses, or condominiums, where each apartment has its own private garden, even if you are not at the ground floor.

Basically, we have two apartments served by a staircase/elevator distribution system for each floor. The system can be repeated three times vertically and an infinite number of times horizontally.

Interiors: Each apartment has the same spaces, but 4 different versions of loggias through which you will see the world and the world will see you as you want to appear.

Interior/exterior: the casing and the openings in it are fixed and remain valid for any configuration

Exterior: Lodges define the lens through which we view the world from within, but also how we want the world to see us, both as individuals and as a community of residents. The overall architectural appearance can give rise to four uniform styles or a multitude of inclusive combinations.

While the structures, envelope, windows, systems and common areas are fixed, spaces and aesthetics are not, and can be influenced by people.
