This concept can be built by different people, resulting in different architectures.
Both the interiors and exteriors, through different mentalities, have been designed in different interchangeable and modular versions, allowing a large number of configurations, all with similar performance and construction costs.
DESCRIPTION
Concept of a multi-story residential building, feasible as both a row building and a tower or in a combination of both. It combines modular apartments, all with dual aspects, always maximizing the net sellable area in relation to the built space. The modularity of the floor plan allows for various types of residences (two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom, and penthouses), all with spacious balconies.The latter are actually loggias, the shape of which can be individually chosen, influencing both the aesthetic aspect of the building and the internal atmosphere of the apartment.
