Both the interiors and exteriors have been designed in different interchangeable and modular versions, allowing a large number of configurations, all with similar performance and construction costs.

DESCRIPTION
It’s about a high-energy efficiency villa, prefabricated in wood. There are many offers of buildings of this kind on the market, but the main problem is that when one decides to build their own home, they are often at that stage of life when they have neither great financial resources nor the need for all the space they will need in the future. So the choice is between a house that is too small and one that is too expensive. This concept is designed to solve this problem through the possibility of doubling the size of the house only when needed and possible, through a already planned, and consequently simpler, elevation that also allows you not to abandon the house during the works.
