This concept can be built by different people, resulting in different architectures.

Both the interiors and exteriors, through different mentalities, have been designed in different interchangeable and modular versions, allowing a large number of configurations, all with similar performance and construction costs.

You can experience the different mindsets we have used by visiting the different versions of a single apartment, understanding which one corresponds to your way of seeing the world:

The outside could be the result of the inside or viceversa, and is also possible to choose inside and outside indipendently. No prejudice, no right choice, just your choice. Architecture will be the result of free will, becoming an expression of the people who built it.

DESCRIPTION

Concept of a small residential condominium, with 12 apartments and a usable roof top, where there are sports areas and common spaces for coworking, parties or meetings.

Interior: Each apartment has 4 versions, each of which has spaces resulting from completely different approaches.

Interior/exterior: the casing and the openings in it are fixed and remain valid for any configuration

Exterior: the external elements are also designed in 4 different versions, according to the same approach as each interior.

While the structures, envelope, windows, systems and common areas are fixed, spaces and aesthetics are not, and can be influenced by people.
